Shipping Time: Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping takes 1-3 business days.
Note: Standard Shipping is also applied for products that fall under the "Free Shipping" discount
Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Locations: We currently ship across US.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds: Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 business days.
Exchanges: If you need a different product, we’re happy to process an exchange.
Note: Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
